- The check-out time is before 11:00. Please return the key to the property while checking out.

- Guests are required to show a photo identification and settle the payment upon check-in.

- It is not allowed to move or to take out the room amenities. An additional penalty may be charged if guests cause damage to the equipment or other facilities.

- Smoking, gambling, taking drugs, boozing, cooking, hosting parties and other illegal or inappropriate behaviours are not allowed.

- Please soften your voice and volume down the TV after 22:00.

- Pets are not allowed.

- For those who need a thermos bottle or need additional amenities, please feel free to reach the property directly.

- Guests are not allowed to enter certain areas in the property. Please read the sign carefully.

- For guests’ comfort and safety, slippers are offered. Please take care elderlies and young kids in the bathroom. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Joyfully Home in advance of your expected arrival time.
